Advice Please!

I have been thinking about joining Weight Watchers online. I was just wondering if any of you guys have ever tried it & what you thought about it. I know a few people that have done Weight Watchers, but it wasn't online. I have about 30-35 pounds that I would like to lose. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! =)


  1. I would recommend it! I joined in January and lost about 14 lbs in a period of about 10 weeks. The only thing I regret doing is eating the same things over and over again so I got sick of it fast. Try to change up your snacks and dinners and it should work great!

  4. I found you through the blog hop. I used sparkpeople.com and they have a iphone app. You track your calories and it's free! I lose all the majority of my baby weight (25lbs) using this system! I didn't follow there food plan, I just typed in what I was eating and kept up with my calories. Super Easy!
